TSKgel SuperQ-4PW is a novel resin optimized specifically for oligonucleotide purification, built upon the proven TSKgel SuperQ-5PW technology. It retains the same base material, ligand, and particle size as SuperQ-5PW, while featuring a pore size specifically optimized for 20-50 mer oligonucleotides. This design enables higher binding capacity without compromising high separation efficiency. As a result, the dynamic binding capacity (DBC) for 20-mer ssDNA has been increased from 32 g/L to 44 g/L, perfectly balancing superior separation performance with enhanced purification productivity.
