Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Administrative Assistant to join the Dayou Chromatography team. This role is responsible for daily office operations, precise order verification, and inventory management, ensuring our chromatography resins and related products reach our customers accurately and on time. Monthly Salary: ¥8,000 – ¥10,000 (commensurate with experience). Full Social Security and Comprehensive Insurance (Five Insurances and Housing Fund).

Responsibilities

Communication & Reception: Answer and direct business phone calls; record and follow up on customer inquiries promptly. Manage, sort, and distribute daily physical mail and electronic correspondence. Document Management: Organize, file, and digitize various business documents, contracts, and technical specifications. Order & Shipping Verification: Double-check Purchase Orders (POs) against shipping lists to ensure specifications (e.g., pore size, particle size, and bonded phase) are 100% accurate. Track shipping status and liaise with courier companies. Stock Control: Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure physical stock of columns and resins matches records. Monitor stock levels and alert the team when supplies are running low.

Requirements

Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain extremely high accuracy when handling complex technical model numbers and logistics data. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for inventory tracking) and standard office equipment. Experience: Associate degree or above; experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or trading industry is a plus.
